Mountain Bike Morocco Company : is dedicated to providing you with a holiday experience that you will enjoy to the utmost, and remember for life. Before you book a trip with us, please go through our Booking Terms and Conditions which are stated below.


Reservations
By booking a tour with Mountain Bike Morocco (referred to in these conditions as "we" or "us") you will be accepting these conditions on behalf of yourself and all other persons using our services pursuant to a booking made by you.


Booking Procedures & Payments
Once you agree on the quoted itinerary and price, we will raise a detail itinerary and invoice with payment details. Your booking will be confirmed when we receive 20% deposit of your invoice.
We accept payments by wire transfers to Our Bank Account (payable in US $, Euro)

Changes to your booking
We will make all possible to make amendments to your booking with no additional charges. However, travel within 15 days of the start of your trip it might not be feasible.
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible and confirm to us your request in writing. Again we will try to accommodate you so there are no extra charges, but we cannot guarantee it.
If changes are not possible to make in your booking, for whatever reason, you have the choice of proceeding with your holidays originally booked or cancelling and paying the cancellation charges as mentioned below.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will require notification to be done in writing by the person taking the tour. There will be no refunds once a tour has commenced. Therefore, we recommend you take out comprehensive insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident and baggage and public liability.

Cancellations by the Client(s)
Notification of any cancellation must be made in writing by the client(s).
If the cancellation occurs more than 56 days from the departure date, the client(s) are liable for 20% of the cost of the trip.
If the cancellation occurs between 56 days, but more than 28 days from the departure date, the client(s) are liable for 50% of the cost of the trip.
If the cancellation occurs between 28 days, but more than 14 days from the departure date, the client(s) are liable for 75% of the cost of the trip.
If the cancellation is made 14 days or fewer from the departure date the client(s) are liable for 100% of the cost of the trip.
Failure to arrive at the scheduled departure point at the scheduled time will be deemed as cancellation by the client(s), and as such the client(s) are liable for 100% of the cost of the trip.
If the client(s) do not participate in any part of the trip as agreed at the time of booking, the client(s) are not entitled to any refund.

Special Requests
Any special requirements that are important to your booking (dietary, medical, wheelchair assistance or others) must be provided to us before you book in writing. We will pass the information onto our suppliers to ensure safe and enjoyable holidays.
If there are special requests we cannot meet, we would advise you in writing prior booking your trip.
Please let us know of any preferences that you might have while making the reservation (hotels locations, bed configurations and others) and we will try to accommodate all your requests. No compensation will be paid if such requests are not fulfilled.

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that you obtain Travel Insurance to cover unexpected costs due to illness, accident, lost luggage, trip interruption or cancellation. Overseas residents must obtain insurance cover in their home country.

Our responsibility
We accept liability should any part of your travel arrangements not be as described when you made your booking and not be of a reasonable standard. We will pay reasonable compensation (limited to maximum of the amount paid to us for that portion of the travel arrangements) unless there has been no fault on our part or part of our suppliers.
Please note that we assume no responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, illness, damage, death or loss incurred during your trip.

Travel Documentation
You are responsible for ensuring the possession of valid required travel documents. Your passport must be valid for 6 months prior entering the country. It is the sole responsibility of the tour participant to ensure that all passport and visa requirements are met prior departure.

Privacy & Confidentiality
We take full responsibility to make sure that proper security measures are in order to secure your private and confidential information that you have provided to us during the booking.
The information collected form you will be used to make reservations with hotels and with any other third party as need to arrange your travel requirements. We will share your dietary, medical or
any disability with relevant suppliers to unsure your safe and the most enjoyable holidays. In making a booking with us, you consent to this information being passed onto the relevant persons.

Training of Staff
All of our staff are experienced and trained to lead and organize trips of the nature detailed on this website.
They are there to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable trip and their instruction should be followed at all times. In the event of changing circumstances the leaders' decision is final
