This private guided excursion is the ultimate mountain escape, designed for those who want to reach the highest navigable passes in Morocco without the physical strain of a traditional mountain bike.
Starting from the famous trailhead of Imlil (1740m), you will glide effortlessly up to the Tizi N’Tamaterte pass (2280m). From this high vantage point, enjoy panoramic views of the snow-capped Toubkal peaks and the deep, fertile Imenane Valley. You will navigate winding trails through ancient “beehive” Berber villages, share a traditional lunch with a local family, and experience the legendary hospitality of the mountains. The Day Experience
09:00: Marrakech Pickup – Private transfer from your accommodation to the picturesque village of Imlil, the heart of the Toubkal region.
The Ascent: Tizi N’Tamaterte (2280m) – Effortlessly climb from 1740m to the high pass on a good road overlooking the dramatic Imenane Valley.
Berber Village Life – Navigate through a succession of ancient villages clinging to the mountainsides, witnessing rural life unchanged for centuries.
Traditional Lunch – Stop in the village of Ikkiss for an authentic Moroccan lunch shared with a local Berber family.
17:00: Return to Marrakech – A superb downhill descent back to our transfer point for a comfortable ride back to the city.
