1. Introduction
Mountain Bike Morocco appreciates your business and trust. We are a specialized adventure company dedicated to creating elite cycling experiences. These Terms and Conditions govern our relationship with you , please read them carefully as they constitute the basis of your contract with us.
2. Reservations
By booking a tour with Mountain Bike Morocco, you signify your acceptance of these terms on behalf of yourself and all other persons included in your booking.
3. Booking Procedures & Payments
Once you approve your custom itinerary and quote, we will issue a detailed travel plan and invoice. Your booking is officially confirmed only upon receipt of a 20% non-refundable deposit. We accept payments via wire transfer to our bank account, payable in USD ($) or Euro (€).
4. Changes to Your Booking
We will make every effort to accommodate amendments to your booking without additional charges. However, please note that changes made within 15 days of your trip start date may not be feasible. Requests for changes must be submitted in writing. While we strive to assist, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met without incurring external supplier costs.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by the lead person on the booking. There are no refunds once a tour has commenced. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, personal accidents, and trip cancellations.
Cancellation Fee Schedule:
60+ Days Prior: Loss of Deposit.
45 – 59 Days Prior: 25% of total price.
30 – 44 Days Prior: 50% of total price.
15 – 29 Days Prior: 75% of total price.
0 – 14 Days Prior: 100% of total price (No Refund).
6. Special Requests
Any essential requirements (dietary, medical, or mobility assistance) must be provided in writing before booking. We will pass this information to our suppliers to ensure a safe experience. While we attempt to meet all preferences (hotel location, bed configuration, etc.), fulfillment is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Travel Insurance
It is mandatory that all participants obtain adequate travel insurance. Your policy should cover unexpected costs due to illness, injury, lost luggage, and trip interruption. Overseas residents must obtain insurance in their country of residence.
8. Responsibility & Liability
We accept liability for travel arrangements that fail to meet a reasonable standard as described in your booking. Our compensation is limited to a maximum of the amount paid to us for that specific portion of the trip. Mountain Bike Morocco assumes no responsibility for personal injury, illness, damage, or loss of life incurred during the journey.
9. Travel Documentation
You are responsible for ensuring you possess valid travel documents. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your date of entry into Morocco. Visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the participant.
10. Privacy & Confidentiality
We implement strict security measures to protect your private information. Data collected is used solely for making reservations with hotels and third-party suppliers necessary for your trip. By booking, you consent to this information being shared with relevant partners (e.g., for dietary or medical requirements).
11. Professional Staff & Safety
Our guides are highly trained professionals experienced in leading mountain expeditions. For your safety and the safety of the group, their instructions must be followed at all times. In the event of changing weather or trail conditions, the leader’s decision is final.
